  • These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Secure Vault ProLock. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

    1. License and Access

    We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Secure Vault ProLock for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

    • Reverse-engineer or modify the app
    • Use the app for illegal or unauthorized purposes
    • Circumvent or disable any security features

    2. User Content

    All content stored in your vault (media, passwords, contacts, notes) is owned and controlled by you, and is stored locally on your device. We do not access, review, or back up your content.

    You are responsible for maintaining the security of your vault passcode or biometric lock.

    3. Subscription Terms

    Secure Vault ProLock offers auto-renewable subscriptions:

    • Weekly Plan: $9.99/week with a 3-day free trial
    • Annual Plan: $49.99/year

    Payment is processed via Apple and charged to your iTunes account at confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage your subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

    4. Limitation of Liability

    We do our best to provide a secure and reliable app, but we do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any data loss or damages resulting from your use or inability to use the app.

    5. Termination

    We reserve the right to terminate access for violations of these Terms. Your data will remain on your device and is not accessible to us.

    6. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable legal procedures.
